Well, in a way, I am referring to them ;). Because one of the first things they learn adults when they start drawing is that they have to draw like toddlers again.

They draw 'naturally' what they 'see', and not what they 'think they see', as we learn to do when we grow up. Kindergarten actually suppresses and eliminates our drawing talents.

You should also look into Arthur C. Clarke's short stories (The Other Side of the Sky, The Wind from the Sun) and his essays (collected in Profiles of the Future). When reading them now in 2009 they look quite standard SF stuff but when you consider *when* they were written...

You should've watched the news, the wall with all the gifts was all over it all week, and apparently you missed that the mayor has put that police force out to, indeed, ward off the press. The families of the victims had requested that because they already were suffering from journalists invading their privacy.

Wou nog reageren op je vorige bericht over verkeer. Maar hier zal je het misschien eerder lezen.

De reden dat mensen aggresiever worden in het verkeer is door dissociatie. Er is een barriere van anonimiteit die het sociale feedback vermindert. En zonder de vrees voor repercussies komt de vieze natuur meer boven.
